MY STORY
I was already doing the work.
For years, I tracked my food, worked out consistently, and tried the supplements that were supposed to help. I wasn't sitting on the couch wondering why nothing worked. I was putting in the effort, every single day.
And still, I felt frustrated. My weight was creeping up, my energy felt different, and the brain fog was real. I knew, both personally and through years of caring for women, how hard it can be when your body doesn't seem to respond the way it used to.
In July 2025, I began exploring options through EllieMD. I still value good food, strength training, and taking care of myself. What changed was that I started asking different questions and looking at the options available to me.
